We respect the privacy of our customers and the people we work with. We value the trust placed in us and are committed to protecting and safeguarding any personal information given to us.
Webyarn Technologies owned 6Hourly.com (“6Hourly.com”) provides online registration and an extranet facility (the “Extranet”) for accommodation providers. When they complete the online registration process, accommodation providers in most countries sign up with Webyarn Technologies.
This Privacy and Cookies Policy for Accommodation Partners, which we update from time to time, describes how 6Hourly.com uses and processes personal information obtained in the course of the registration process and through the Extranet.

What kinds of personal information does 6Hourly.com collect through the Extranet?
In order to register a property, 6Hourly.com asks for the names and contact details (email, fax and phone) of the owners, those providing the accommodation or their representatives. Such data may be considered personal information. Once registration has been completed and a property has been accepted, access is granted to the Extranet. When using the Extranet, 6Hourly.com collects such information as IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, application versions, language settings and page visits.
Why does 6Hourly.com collect, use and share personal information?
- Registration and account administration. Here 6Hourly.com uses personal information to register your property and to allow you and 6Hourly.com to administer and manage your property account. If you haven’t finalized the online registration, we may email you a reminder to continue with the registration. We believe that this additional service is useful to our accommodation partners because it allows them to continue with the registration without having to fill in all the registration details from scratch. Reminder emails contain an unsubscribe option that you can use if you don’t want us to send you any more messages.
- Communications: 6Hourly.com also uses personal details to send necessary emails, faxes and text messages about reservations. These necessary communications to the designated contacts include reservation confirmations, reservation cancellations, requests from potential or existing accommodation partners, follow-ups to bookers’ requests, and information about new features and services on the Extranet and on your property’s webpage.
- Analytics, improvements and research. We use personal information to inform our accommodation providers about possible improvements that can be made to their property’s presentation and in how they use the Extranet. We also invite our accommodation providers to take part in surveys, such as market research, and to analyze how to improve the user experience, functionality and quality of our Extranet, property presentation and services.
- Fraud detection and prevention. We need to have personal information in order to prevent fraud and other illegal or violating activities. We also use this information to investigate and detect fraud and to facilitate prosecution where necessary. We reserve the right – when legally required or strictly necessary – to disclose personal information in relation to our accommodation providers to law enforcement authorities, investigative organizations and other entities in our Group.
Note that property information, including the name of the property, will be used in accordance with the General Delivery Terms as part of the separately executed Accommodation Agreement. By sharing other people’s personal data in relation to your property, you confirm that these individuals have agreed to have their personal data shared with and used by 6Hourly.com in accordance with this policy.
